These Terms & Conditions form a service agreement between the client, visitor or organisation using Hyper Era services and Hyper Era Pvt Ltd. By using our website, submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation, making a payment or requesting work, you agree to these terms.
Hyper Era provides professional digital services including website development, software solutions, School ERP, app development, SEO, social media marketing, paid promotion and technical support. Any final commitment, timeline, pricing and deliverable will be based on the written quotation, invoice, proposal or confirmed communication shared with the client.
Note: Digital marketing and SEO services depend on budget, competition, content quality, platform policy and audience response. Therefore, ranking, lead quantity, sales, revenue or viral growth cannot be guaranteed.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Hyper Era for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a school, college, hospital, shop, institute, company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to approve the service engagement.
- All communication through website form, WhatsApp, call, email or written proposal may be used to understand service requirements.
- Final scope of work is decided only by the approved quotation, invoice or written confirmation.
- Additional work beyond approved scope may require extra charges and extra delivery time.

Services Provided
Hyper Era provides technology and digital growth services for businesses and institutions. Services may include planning, design, development, testing, deployment, promotion and support depending on the selected package.

Client Responsibility
The client must provide correct information, required content, images, logo, business details, domain/hosting access, social media access and approvals on time. Hyper Era is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete details, late feedback or third-party account issues.
- Client must ensure all provided content, images and brand material are legal and owned/authorised for use.
- Client must review demo links, design previews and final delivery before approval.
- After final approval, new changes may be treated as additional work.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made as per quotation or invoice. Work may begin after advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pending payment may pause development, campaign setup, hosting renewal, support or final handover.
- Domain, hosting, paid ads, premium plugins, APIs, SMS gateway and third-party tools may be charged separately.
- Taxes, if applicable, may be charged as per government rules.
- Once work has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable against allocated resources and work time.

Delivery, Revision & Handover
Project delivery timelines depend on scope, content availability, client approvals, technical complexity and third-party service response. Revisions are provided according to the selected package or written agreement.
- Major redesign, new features, extra pages, extra modules or repeated changes may increase cost and timeline.
- Final source files, credentials or admin access may be shared after payment clearance, where applicable.
- Hosting/server issues from third-party providers are handled according to provider response and support policy.

Digital Marketing & Promotion
We promote client businesses on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and other platforms using result-focused strategy. However, actual performance depends on ad budget, audience, location, competition, content quality and platform algorithm changes.
- Hyper Era does not guarantee fixed leads, sales, ranking, views, followers or revenue.
- Ad spend is separate from service charges unless clearly included in the proposal.
- Any platform restriction, rejection, policy update or account limitation is controlled by the respective platform.

Support & Maintenance
Support is provided according to the chosen package or agreement. Maintenance may include minor bug fixes, basic updates, backup guidance, security checks and technical assistance. New features, heavy redesign, new content writing, extra modules or third-party integration may require additional charges.

Limitation of Liability
Hyper Era works professionally to provide reliable services, but we are not liable for indirect losses, business loss, third-party outages, search engine algorithm changes, social media policy changes, server downtime, payment gateway issues or client-side errors.
Any dispute should first be resolved through mutual discussion and written communication. If legal action becomes necessary, it will be handled according to applicable Indian laws and jurisdiction stated in the relevant agreement or invoice.
