04Hosted Software & Customer-Controlled Data
School ERP, Hospital Software, Restaurant Software, mobile applications and other Hyper Era solutions may be hosted on separate domains, applications, servers or customer-specific environments. Information entered into those systems is generally controlled by the customer organisation using the product and is not treated as ordinary HyperEra.net website data.
Depending on the product, customer-controlled data may include student or staff records, attendance and fee information, hospital or patient workflow information, restaurant operations, customer records, billing information or other operational data. Where Hyper Era processes such information for hosting, implementation, migration, maintenance or support, the applicable product notice, service agreement or data-processing terms will govern that processing.
Optional features involving face recognition, biometric-style attendance workflows or AI-assisted analysis must be enabled and used only where the customer has appropriate authority and has provided any notices or permissions required for its users. Product-specific disclosures should explain what information is processed, the purpose, retention approach and any external technology provider used for that feature.
05Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve loading speed, remember basic preferences, understand visitor behaviour and secure the website. You can control cookies from your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
06Security & Data Sharing
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, misuse or accidental loss. Hyper Era does not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared with authorised providers only where reasonably required for the requested service, such as hosting and cloud providers, backup and security services, payment or payout providers, SMS/WhatsApp/email providers, analytics and advertising platforms, social or influencer campaign platforms, AI/API providers, authorised technical support, professional advisers, or government and filing portals used for business registration or compliance work.
- Third-party providers receive information only as reasonably required for the relevant service or integration and remain subject to their own terms, security controls and applicable agreements.
- Documents supplied for legal, registration or compliance services are used for the requested work and may need to be submitted to relevant government, tax, banking, payment, registry or professional systems as part of that service.
- Influencer or campaign information may be shared with the relevant client, campaign partner, payment provider or platform where required to administer an approved campaign.
- Project credentials should be shared through secure channels whenever possible, and temporary passwords should be changed after handover.
- Retention and deletion periods may differ by service, legal or statutory requirement, project status, billing requirement, backup cycle and customer agreement. Separately hosted software may provide additional export, retention or deletion rules.
- We recommend SSL, access controls, regular backups and secure hosting for websites, applications and business software.
